SERVICE" happened to latch on to him by people who knows him, people who have met him and people who have attended his many seminars and talks on .....guess what....customer service of course! Dr. Allen Teh is very passionate about service and believes that companies suffers loss of profit due to poor service. He sees poor service as a sickness, but CAN be treated.
