| Introduction | I'm restarting my blog after realizing I have way too much to say. Facebook is great, but I have to be careful not to end up the crazy chic everyone blocks due to OVER posting. So, here, status updates be damned! I decided to start this off in correlation with my 30 day vegan pledge. Today is day one for both, so come along with me for the 30 days and we'll see where this whole thing ends up! I am currently a (overzealous) student in the Health Coaching Program at Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I'm loving my studies and my new path! So many good things coming my way :) What else can I say? That's how I roll. |
