Interests	All sorts of things.
Favorite movies	Godfather, Jean de Florette, Blade Runner, Life of Brian... the usuals.
Favorite music	Swing and traditional jazz, various blues, some rock and roll, castrato choirs at Christmas, baroque stuff, Monks chanting, Frank and Dino, Billie and Ella, Louis and the Duke. Oh, and Hank Williams.
Favorite books	All William Boyd's books, the "Flashman" series, Gatsby, Death Comes for the Archbishop, Sunday NY Times, Newsweek, Vanity Fair, Nat'l Geographic/Traveler, Saveur, good cookbooks. (I'm pretty sure my wife invented the phrase "food porn" many years ago.)
