Introduction	I don't have a multi-$1K camera/lighting set-up, designer plates, or delusions of becoming the next professional celebrity blogger. I hate the term "foodie" and intensely dislike foodie culture. Food is not some passing trend for sheltered yuppies to get all snobbish about. I've been cooking, baking, and gardening ever since I was child. I'm mostly starting this blog for my friends, who are always asking for recipes and culinary tips when I tell them what I'm making for dinner.
