Introduction	When people find out I'm from Texas, I get one of two responses: 1) really?!, as if they preferred that I was from some place else (why?) and 2) "I hate Texas", which always pricks my heart a little. I don't like fancy drinks, fancy meals or anything high maintenance. Simplicity is an art and art is beautiful.
