Introduction	I am full time working mom. I am 26 year old with two brilliant kids. I work at a day shift call center. When i come home, i take care of my kids and spend time with them. After which, i have the whole evening to myself watching TV and binging on snacks. I started gaining weight and felt really depressed. I realized how this lifestyle has turned my life into a living mess. So, I decided to take matters on my own hands and make an advocacy to change myself to someone productive during spare time. Instead of spending hours watching TV and binging on food, I decided to create a blog that can help out full time working mom's out there like me who has not discovered life's little simple joys over the internet.
