| Introduction | Founded in 1997, the Silver Spring Team for Children and Families, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) and registered as a charitable organization in the state of Maryland. The SSTCF focuses on three programs: the Foreign Student Program, which offers English as a Second Language classes to adults who live and/or work in Montgomery County; the Long Branch Tech Center, which provides computer access and classes for the community; and Benchmarks, an after-school program for at-risk middle schoolers.
