| Introduction | I started this blog with the purpose of helping others who are searching for light. My life has great purpose and is worth living every day, even though I am faced with the visual limitations of Keratoconus. I have found purpose through living my personal beliefs in Jesus Christ, through striving to maintain a positive attitude during my trials, and having faith in God, myself, and those I love as I work to achieve my eternal potential while on this earth. Light comes in many forms-physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I desire to give to you my light, as a friend, to help you through this often dark existence. I invite you to share in the light I gain, as my vision improves, as my knowledge increases, and as my spirit grows, and seek to increase your own light along with me. |
| Interests | Quilting, learning, studying, serving, my family, losing at chess, Legos with my boys, reading...when I can see! Nursing, the body, exercise when I am not lazy, leaves falling, quiet moments, the sound of snow falling, mountains, forests, 80 degree weather, movie and ice cream nights with the girls, my husband who loves me more than life, clean bathrooms, and jammies (anytime of day!) I love scrub tops (especially fun ones)naps, pediatric nursing, coworkers, and LIFE! (that is just a start of what I like....) |
