Introduction	I appreciate the subtle things in life. The lines a dancer makes with their body; not allowing gravity to hold them down. Or the way the little grains of sand feel when they cascade through the cracks in your fingers. The security a hug releases. The abstract beauty in nature. The unconditional love and wisdom a child beholds. I absolutely love the way my brothers embrace me when they haven't seen me in a while, or the way my husband rubs my back when I am uncomfortable. I thrive on the small things in life. Don't get me wrong! I love fireworks on holidays, and large ceremonies full of people. I love to party and yell at the top of my lungs and share my love with the world. But overall, I find my life full of love and happiness; rich in subtle ways.
