With that said, I have served as Chair for many sections of the local Bar Association and on various committees within the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan. I also sat on the Board of a local Non-Profit Affordable Housing group. I currently serve on the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors' Grievance Committee. I am Pro-Bono Attorney to a Non-Profit Community Service Group that deals primarily with housing issues, including funding from MSHDA, HUD and the local municipality. My Firm has a focus on Real Estate Law. I handle issues such as; Trespass, Quiet Title, Negotiations with Lenders for Relief from Debt Obligations, Lease Agreements, Purchase Agreements,and Adverse Possession claims.
