Introduction	Hi I'm Liss. I live on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia with my Husband and four children. Our home is on a little over an acre. I like to do as much as I can for myself at home. Cooking (from scratch as it is now called), making and using natural/homemade cleaning and self care products, composting, worm farming, growing veggies, keeping chooks (and sometimes a cow/sheep). I plan to use my blog as a record and reference. If it is useful to others at the same time all the better :) I love to share my successes and a few failures, I'm sure, with others and to hear what others are up to as well :)
Interests	Keeping fit and healthy, cycling, cooking, gardening, reading, crochet, the outdoors, and of course my family.
Favorite Books	I'll read most books..... always recommended by friends or family.
