Introduction	I noticed a trend this year in my New Year's resolutions; most of them involve food. The list includes buy more organic, consume less animal products, and waste less food. While these are all changes that I've made in the last few years, I'd like to make a more conscious effort to further these changes.
Interests	Cooking, baking, mixology, reading, laughing, the beach, environmental preservation, sustainability, living green, craft beers, wine tasting, nature, hiking, geocaching, fulfilling days, wild nights, crafts, DIY everything, creating smiles, tennis, yoga, Martha Stewart, and most of all- smothering my baby boy with love.
