| Favorite music | I like a little bit of everything. Coldplay, Mumford & Sons, The Stones, Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, Sade, Chris Isaak, Snow Patrol, One Republic, Augustana, Bob Seger, Elton John, Modest Mouse, Van Morrison, and The Eagles are some of my favorites. I also like a lot of the older stuff; Otis Redding, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, CCR, Van Morrison, etc. |
| Favorite books | Finding Fish (Antwone Fisher), A Lesson Before Dying (Ernest Gaines), This Boy's Life (Tobias Wolff) and The Prince of Tides (Pat Conroy). However, scholarly books are what I most frequently seek to read during this season of my life. Favorite authors include Fullan, Bennis, Ladson-Billings, Delpit, Haberman, and Kozol. |
