| Introduction | I never wanted to be a camp host. My dream was to retire from teaching (Science) so I could play with our adorable grandkids and maybe untangle some of the “knots” in our genealogical research of family lines. But, surprise! I love camp hosting, and the people I meet and work with, and the places we’ve roamed through. Both of my parents were spiritual. My Mom couldn’t camp until she had picked up every bit of plastic and metal that might hurt the little critters. My Dad rhapsodized about the grandeur of nature through poetry and his wonderful slide shows of natural places he loved. I hope they are OK with my little blog. |
| Interests | Genealogy/Family History... anything to do with family. I bug my kids by taking pictures and videos ALL of the time. I want to save every tiny moment and enjoy it over and over. That's how precious my family is to me! |

No choice here, PVD, the risk of frost bite, constantly sore tootsies require BIG, roomy shoes and merino wool socks. But my spirit wants to be barefoot!
