Introduction	I am a 56 year old Truck Driver and I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a Master's Degree in History. For reasons I will not get into here, I chose a different career path. For the past 19 years I have been driving an 18 wheel big rig all over the United States! When I started driving I weighed 195 lbs. I now (01/01/12)tip the scales at a whopping 316!!! This blog is about my attempt to lose weight and improve my health, and my many random thoughts as I travel the highways and byways of the good old U.S.A.
