Introduction	My first foray into the food industry started when I was 16 working at Burger Chef. Later in life after being laid off from Electric Boat, I worked at A&P Foodmart in the deli. In 2005 I ballooned to 360 lbs and my health took a downturn. Today I am hovering around 200, my health is excellent, all thanks to Weight Watchers and the support my Mom gave me. Of course my interest in food comes from various sources - Mom, Nana, Work, Fire Department, Irish Roots, and so on and so forth! My culinary skills are a vast array of dishes, Irish, Italian, French, BBQ, and Mexican. I created this blog so that when I am shopping for next weeks dinner menu, I can research the menu on my crackberry right in the store.
