| Introduction | Hi. I am a mother of two and live in Finchley, North London. Shortly after weaning my daughter, I was standing in my kitchen one evening, exhausted and not really in the mood for anything other than lying on the sofa. I did not have a clue what to cook. I couldn't let her go to bed hungry and wanted her to have a nutritious meal. It got me thinking about how many other parents were standing in their kitchen thinking the same thing. |
