Introduction	Hello, I'm Shannon! I'm from northeast Alabama and have lived here all of my life. I was diagnosed with polysystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) almost ten years ago and I deal with it every single day. If you're not familiar with it it is the most common endocrine disorder in women. It is one of leading causes of infertility and can lead to diabetes, heart disease, depression, and many other symptoms. As many as 1 in 10 women have it, but no one is talking! This is just my battle with PCOS and trying to bring awareness to it. We will not sink!
