Introduction	My name is David Webb and I live in Lincolnshire, England. I first became aware of personal delvelopment after reading the book "Thinking Big" by David Schwarzkopf. I was given this book, and it opened my eyes to the possibilities I have before me. Since this time I have read many books and listened to audio programmes and even watched films and video on personal development, after which I now feel I have an excellent insight into what makes us successful.
