| Introduction | I am currently travelling regularly to Africa on several projects. *Evaluation of the Partnership for Higher Education in Africa which builds capacity in seven African universities in areas like e-learning. *Support to the Government of the Western Cape, South Africa to build a system for monitoring and evaluating performance across all government departments. *Support to the Nigerian Ministry of Health in implementing the M&E framework for the National Strategic Health Plan. *Evaluation of a USAID funded programme designed to reduce disaster risks across Africa. *Designing an impact evaluation tool for the International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour This work at present takes me to Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique and South Africa. |
