Introduction I enjoy being with our families with my husband of 40 years, my two siblings, our six adult children and their six spouses, 17 grandchildren and four spouses, 12 great-grandchildren, 9 first cousins and their families, and many other cousins. I am a retired public school educator in music, education, and librarianship for 36 years in Oklahoma and Texas. I enjoy researching my ancestors with genealogy/DNA and sharing the stories I have experienced or been told about their lives. I love to travel and have been to 45 of of our 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii, the Arctic Circle in Alaska and Iceland, the Sea of Cortez in Mexico, the southern, western and eastern Caribbean Islands, Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Costa Rico, Panama Canal, Canadian Maritime Provinces, England, Wales, Scotland, Iceland, Norway, France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Belgium in Western Europe. I love to read non-fiction with biographies, history, and historical fiction. My favorite series is Anne of Green Gables and books by James Herriot, the pen name vet from Great Britain.

Favorite Movies British comedies and mysteries.
Favorite Music I love classical music, vocal, choral, religious, operas, and from any period of music. Sirius/XM, iHeart, and 101WRR are my favorite music channels on radio, TV, or Internet.
Favorite Books Anne of Green Gables Series, James Herriot books, Genealogy books, Historical and genealogy novels/mysteries, and Non-fiction documentaries/travel books.
