Introduction	I have 4 (sometimes 5) kids, a growing business, and a demanding schedule. I pretty much always wear flip-flops. My daughter and I call people a "funky monkey" and cover our mouths and laugh hysterically like we just said a bad word. I think that sums it up.

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:

Apples don't need to be peeled. The "skin" has fiber, which is good for you, and eating it probably reduces your risk of getting cancer or something.
