| Introduction | I am an imperfect wife with an imperfect husband and the mother of 3 imperfect children. On most days if you were to walk into my home, you'll find the goo from the inside of a Pop Tart stuck to the floor, marker on my wall, and fingerprints on the tv. You're also likely to trip over a shoe or step on a Hotwheels car if you're not careful. If it's before 8 am, you'll find a cup of coffee I've left laying around somehwere that I can never seem to locate and if it's after 5 pm, you'll find a glass of wine. But in spite of all the mess, chaos, and moments when I want to pull my hair out, my home is a home filled with love and I wouldn't change a single thing about my life! Because I'm not a perfect mom with a perfect family, I like to keep things on my blog "real". Noone wants to read about a "Supermom". The way I see it, we're all supermoms, if nowhere else but in the eyes of our children. We all do what we can to be the best moms we can be and at the end of the day, that's what counts. And if my blog can bring a smile to your face or make you feel better about your own family, then I've done my part. Happy Reading :) |
