Introduction	The purpose of this blog is to share both new stories and previously written ones that were shared with only a few people. The stories tend to be humourous and are a blend of current and past events. Many are based on journal writings from my travels, while some come from late night reminiscences over a wee dram or two of Scotch. The stories are true but of my own version of the truth. As my father (who was a great story teller) once said to me,"Never let the facts get in the way of a good story."
