Introduction | I am 35 with a BFA in graphic design. My horse, Promise, was a Hanoverian, Canadian Thoroughbred. I bought her when she was 4 and I was 14. In July 2012, I euthanized Promise, after 3 years of battling hind-end lameness. Although I miss owning a horse, I'm not quite ready to dive back into the world of horse ownership. I've been taking weekly lessons for about 5 years now. I will chronicle my adventures in getting reacquainted with my skills - as well as the people and horses I meet as I go along. |
