Introduction	I am a stay-at-home mom of 3 sons, and I also have 3 male dogs. Being surrounded by so much testosterone, I often joke that I am the only b***h in my house. But living in a world of boys has made me see the value of getting together with my girlfriends and having fun. While I am very fortunate that I don't "have to" work, I realize how lucky I am, and try to give back to as many charities as I can. But that monthly donation didn't feel like I was "doing" enough. I wanted to do something on a much larger scale ... really make a difference. When I met a new friend over a compliment on my shoes, and we started going out with other friends and calling it Fabulous Shoe Night, I thought I had hit on a fun idea. But when others heard about it, and the idea took off, I realized I could combine my two passions, and perhaps, turn it into something that could really make a difference on that larger scale I was searching for. This blog is the chronicle of that very journey ... turning a new and exciting idea, very much in it's infancy, into a vehicle to help various local, national and global charities.
