| Introduction | Mr. Wiles has over 25 years of diversified experience as a portfolio manager and an executive in the investment management industry. This leadership experience and a strong desire to build an investment management firm, not an asset-gathering firm, led to the founding of Rockhaven Capital Management in 2009. For the previous twelve years Wiles led an investment team he put together in 1997 after leaving Federated Investors. This team had several different corporate affiliations, (National City Bank, Strong Capital Management, and AmSouth Bank), but for twelve years the original Rockhaven team stayed together and successfully managed billions in assets, hundreds of separate accounts, and several mutual funds. From 1990 – 1997 he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Federated Investors. From 1985 – 1990 he was a Senior Trust Investment Officer at Mellon Bank. In 1987 he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Mr. Wiles has received an M.B.A. degree from Cleveland State University in 1984, a B.S. degree in Finance from Youngstown State University in 1982, and an Associate degree in Finance from Penn State University in 1979. |
