Introduction	I am just your average Joe in Costa Mesa. I like my city and I have enjoyed watching it mature over the years. When my wife and I were looking for a place to live in the late 70's, Newport Beach was out of our budget and Irvine seemed too restrictive. After we were financially able to move anywhere we wanted, we stayed in our tiny old tract home because we fell in love with it and the neighborhood. My siblings think we are nuts. Oh well. Maybe we are!
