Introduction	My husband and I were hit with a double-whammy of infertility: severe MFI as well as tubal factor. Our odds of conceiving on our own are so low that even Vegas newbie-gamblers just roll their eyes and pass. Our odds with IUI, though significantly more pricey, aren't any better. So it's IVF/ICSI for us. After 2 years, 2 cancelled cycles, 2 fresh IVFs, and 2 frozen IVFs, we were blessed with 2 boys, born January 31st, 2012.
