Introduction	Hi, my name is of course Kelly and I am the purveyor of this fine blog. I am a mature graduate student specailizing in Aboriginal/Indigenous community-based tourism development and have a passion for exploring new things. My current work considers how tourism might be used to support language development and language revitalization - it is estimated that we lose a language every 12 to 14 days world wide. A tragic loss of knowledge and ways of being. I've had lots of adventures if you look back over the blog. While I had to leave my co-pilot, Mr. Finningan, behind in Canada in order to make my way to New Zealand, I have had many many adventures and challenges along the way. I've driven across Canada twice, have literally traveled around the world, and had the privilege of working with some incredible people these past four years. Life is amazing and my work, while challenging, is a ton of fun. You never know where I might end up next. Could be fun!

Favorite books	The Count of Monte Cristo. I like reading for pleasure but haven't had much time for it lately.
