Introduction	I am an adult daughter of a Narcissistic Mother (NM) and Enabling Narcissistic Father (ENF.) I have been estranged by choice from my entire famiy of origin for six years and I am on a journey that I hope will lead to health, happiness and freedom from fear. I have a DH and two daughters of my own, and want to share my story with anyone who might need to hear it. There's hope and life away from the painful cycles of abuse can be wonderful!
