Introduction	I am a mommy of six little children. Motherhood consumes my life. But I love it. My husband and I have been married for 17 years. Life has been good though we've had our struggles. But we plow through it and continue to enjoy it to the fullest. We truly have been richly blessed. I am normally found playing with and taking care of my little children. They give my life such happiness and satisfaction. I come from a family with strong values and traditions. My parents and both sets of grandparents taught me the value of hard work and getting the job done. The love of gardening, and preserving those foods, has been passed down to me from many generations. Time is well spent when I am with my mom and sisters in the kitchen canning the vegetables we have grown in our gardens. And even now, my kids love to be a part of it too. And so the tradition continues. If I am not in the garden, I am thinking about it. If I am not dreaming garden, I am reading about it. If I am not exploring a new garden, I am studying about it. Gardening is my passion. Springtime is my favorite season. I love preparing the earth, gently placing the seeds inside and then watching them grow.
