Introduction	I am an invisible woman. Years ago, I read a mystery based on the fact that middle-aged women are largely unnoticed. Those of us who are in our 50's and older just don't tend to turn heads. As a matter of fact, people tend to forget we were even present at a gathering. We are, therefore, invisible women. Sometimes that riles me rather. But, all in all, I think I probably enjoy being largely invisible. I can enjoy the pass-time of people watching with impunity; I can fade in and out of parties or other gatherings at will and unnoticed. Not a bad life. All in all, I am content to remain an Invisible Woman.
