Introduction	The purpose of this blog is to share the good, the bad and the ugly side of executive search. I’ve been in the business for over 15 years and I’ve seen smooth, efficient and quick hiring situations…… and I’ve witnessed the train wrecks and misfires. I just wanted to share some of the things I’ve learned (and am still learning) with anyone interested. I’ll use real life examples but I might have to mask some of the situations a little bit so as not to hurt anyone’s feelings. Please feel free to comment or ask questions!
