About me

OccupationEarth Skills Educator, Hawk Circle Executive Director, Wilderness Instructor, Writer, Artist, Crafter, Handyman & Parent!
LocationCherry Valley, New York, United States
IntroductionI have lived on both coasts, traveled extensively throughout the eastern and western states, practicing wilderness skills and learning about the natural world.... I started my own camp (Hawk Circle) in 1989 and I live in Cherry Valley with my family and our small community year round. I am particularly inspired by our ancestral heritage, by people who lived for twenty thousand years in a sustainable, balanced way, close to the land and as a community, and to learn from their example.
