Introduction	In Boston a woman approached me at a market and asked me why I was buying a full crate of pomegranates. "Because they are so healthy. Have you ever tried them in a salad or as a topping for granola?" was my reply. Several days later, on the other side of town, this same woman approached me at another market. She was holding a pomegranate and said she was trying her first pomegranate because she had seen my pile in my basket. I was surprised that I had unknowingly had an influence, albeit a very small influence, on this stranger. It also reminded me that I do what I do because of those who touch my life. I have gratitude for friends, family and even strangers who have introduced me to new aspects of life. The content of much of these posts originates from those around me.
