Introduction I've been teaching English as a foreign language for 26 years already. I work at a state secondary school in Belarus. I teach teens aged 13 to 17. I like using technology in my classes which allows me to motivate and engage students, to promote collaboration and independent learning, to boost students' creativity. I do my best to develop professionally and participate in various trainings, seminars and conferences. In 2012 I participated in the E-Teacher Scholarship Program with the University of Oregon. In 2017 I won a scholarship for attending the 51 IATEFL Conference on Glasgow. In the summer of 2018, I took part in the SUSI Program (Summer Studies of the US Institutes) in Amherst, Massachusetts. In 2017, I took a 2-week course British Culture and Contemporary English at NILE (Norwich Institute for Language Education), Norwich, UK. In January 2019, I took a 2-week course Professional Award for Teacher Educators with the British Council and Trinity College of London, held at NILE (Norwich Institute for Language Education) in Norwich, UK. In November 2019, I presented at EdmodoCon 2019 in Miami (USA).
