After my first child I wanted to take a cake decorating class, And before I knew it I completed 4 different courses. working with fondant, gum paste, buttercream icing to tiered wedding cakes and so much other fun stuff. Now with birthdays, and holiday celebrations, and to a hungry husband I have become addicted. this site is for me to share my favorite recipes, show different techniques on decorating, and to have some fun with trial & error.
