| Introduction | Booking terms and conditions: As booking agent we will source venues for an artist to perform (via email – sending press releases / press kits and telephone), negotiate the terms, agree the terms with the artist or management, confirm the booking and send promotional material as supplied by the artist. In return for this service a 15% fee of all takings after the performance is completed is to be paid. We will happily help with any promoting of the performance as part of the service, as long as all contact from finding a venue to completing a booking has been done via Rock Chic. Artists, managers and anyone else involved are required to agree to forward enquiries to Rock Chic rather than take bookings independently. This is what we are here for. It also makes it easier if dealt with on an exclusive basis, as this stops the venues receiving several calls regarding the same artist. This is not professional and is likely to create a lack of interest from the venue. Finally, please keep in mind that bookings are never a guarantee. If no booking is made, no fee will be charged. |
