Introduction	After raising two great kids during the last 20+ very fast and busy years, I felt the void of the empty nest fast approaching and decided to pursue a little-known passion of mine; I went back to school to study art. I continue the challenge of juggling family, job and art, but I manage to draw or paint at every given opportunity. Due to my late start as an artist, I don't have a huge list of gallery shows to my name nor do I have a long list of awards, but my work has been seen in a few local art shows, has won several awards locally and can be found in private collections throughout the United States. I often do commissioned works and find that working on smaller pieces best fits my lifestyle. Although I love working with oils and acrylics, it is watercolor that I love best. My favorite creations are quick pen and ink sketches with watercolor as I think they best show my whimsical side. This is a selection of my most recent works and some of my other favorites as well.
