| Introduction | Alex Heisman is a junior studying English and film studies at Christopher Newport University. For the past ten years or so his life has been guided by his first and deepest love: movies. Even to the extent of neglecting his school work, Alex spends the period known as Oscar season (Sept-March) analyzing and obsessing over candidates and nominees. With his degree, he hopes to apply it to the entertainment industry and possibly become a film critic. This blog is the first step in that process with his fellow movie-going buddy Paul Goldberg, who is one good-looking half-jew. ////////// Paul Goldberg is a sophomore at James Madison University, where he majors in English and Philosophy. Right now, his goal is to teach high school English. He enjoys acting and singing, as well as writing. Paul loves watching movies--although to a lesser extent than his buddy Alex "The Savant" Heisman (who, by the way, can name any Oscar winner in any year on the spot. Paul advises that should you ever meet Alex, you try this game with him). Anyways, he hopes you enjoy his good-looking half of the jew. |
