| Introduction | Greetings!! I am currently working at www.renspasalonstudio.com, by appointment only, Sunday through Wednesday. I am a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. I have over five years, and over 3,000 hours of experience. I am trained in Contemporary Western Massage. This is a style that elides fours different massage techniques and allows for an effective and unforgettable massage. Other modalities used include: Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Body Mobilization Techniques, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, and Sports Massage. I am also a graduate of the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts where I was able to study breath-work. Now, I find breath to be a crucial component in massage work and soft tissue release. |
