Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I did! Indeed I like wearing scarf. In my opinion, it is a fashion rather than serving as a protection. However, people start asking you if you are feeling sick if you wear scarf in Malaysia.
