| Introduction | Where do I start? Oh, Ako si Amer. I'm currently a third year student at American University in Washington, DC, majoring in International Studies, with a focus on International Communications, and minoring in Economics. Why did I choose these? I like to learn from a first-person view how people of different backgrounds communicate and interact. To me, learning this is a key to success, and being conscious about how you interact can be beneficial in the future. I am minoring in Economics because I want to learn how people use limited resources to live; and I also want to derive the large numbers such as Gross Domestic Product and Human Development Index are calculated. This sums up what I want to accomplish in College, and definitely in the future. Personal Interests: Connecting with friends; Fil-Am Affairs; News; Politics; Local affairs. Hobbies: Music: singing, listening, and playing; Swimming; Cycling; Lifeguarding; Lots of things. |
