| Introduction | My name is Alex. I am two time cancer survivor and an English Speaking Cancer Association Volunteer! I was diagnosed with Non HODGKIN's Lymphoma in 2002 and in 2005 the cancer came back . I had chemotherapy and Stem Cell Transplant . I am now in full remission! This difficult Journey of healing gradually revealed hidden gifts,skills and opened my heart. It made me a new person. I celebrate my health by running and climbing. I ran the Geneva Marathon and raised over CHF 2'000 for English Speaking Cancer Association . I have also climbed mt. Masada in Israel , hike , tour de mt Blanc and climbed many other beautiful mountains in Switzerland , including the Matterhorn! and Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania / Kenya, this year will be riding 180 km around lake Geneva to celebrate my health and also to help the English Speaking Cancer Association, who helped me tremendously through my Journey of healing . This is my way of helping them so they can continue to help others travelling the same journey I did! Now you too can help pledge your support Thanks for your support, Alex |
