| Introduction | I’ve encountered one kind of ailment or another for most of my life - or at least that’s how I remember it. So - I developed my DR. Wiseass persona to deal with all the ludicrous, absurd bullshit that most people with numerous, complicated ailments must endure. I entered the blogosphere in January 2005 and blogged semi-regularly for a while, until other commitments stole far too much of my time and sanity. Yet - despite my extended blogging hiatus - I still believe that blogging (WRITING) about your stress - your anger, frustrations, fears, and doubts helps to get all of those negative vibes out of your body where it can do most harm. In addition, writing about your hopes, and dreams can be a good thing too - especially when you write enough to face the cruel fact you tossed most of your happy visions into the toilet years ago! I’ve found that writing is a special tool that GOD has given us for clarity. It helps us sift through all our stuff - so we can finally see what finally must be released and flushed; OR what things need to be fished out, rinsed off and reconsidered! |
