Introduction	Mr. Rajnish Kumar Arya is currently living in New Delhi. He has grown up in Nawada (Bihar) and got his early as well as college education here and went Faculty of Education, Banaras Hindu University Varanasi (India) for Bachelor & Master in Education (Special) Visual Impairment. He qualified UGC NET in Education. Mr. Arya has a mission to empower the persons with different abilities. He is basically an academician by profession. He is an A category Rehabilitation Professional in CRR maintained by RCI, New Delhi. He has a vast experience of teaching in formal and non-formal education system. He has served as a Teacher not only in Azim Premji Foundation a prominent organization pioneering Indian Education System but also in Directorate of Education, A&N Administration. He is working in the field of Disability, Rehabilitation & Inclusive Education since last 10 years. He is associated as Review Editor, European Academic Research (www.euacademic.org) Romania. He has been associated to a number of NGOs which are working for the empowerment of PwDs (https://www.facebook.com/Politicalpowerforus). He has participated & presented papers in National & International Seminars / conferences.
