Introduction	I am a former Physical Educator. Currently,I am a Brain Gym(R) Instructor/Consultant, having been in private practice since 1996. I am most recently certified to teach Yoga and have been in practice for 8 years. I teach 7 classes at Deerhurst Presbyterian Church: 257 Deerhurst Pk Blvd,Kenmore; Monday 9:30am and 6pm; Tuesday Gentle yoga at 9:30am, Wednesday at 9:30am, 4:30pm and 6pm; Friday Gentle yoga at 9:30am. a.m. I am also available to teach private classes and work with groups in schools and in the work place. I have completed my program and am now a Himalayan Institute certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist.
