| Introduction | DRS SUTARNO MM, MBA has accomplished his S2 (Masters of Management and MBA) in Jakarta, S1 from STIA LAN in Bandung. elementary and high school in Tasikmalaya. He is an experienced procurement expert/consultant, and trainer. His specialized in preparing and composing International Bidding Document base on World Bank, IsDB guidelines. He is available to assist any government procurement project. Currently he works as a Procurement Specialist for a World Bank financed project at Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Jakarta. He used to work as a government official for Ministry of Finance (1975-2007) and National Planning Agency (1998-2000), and Coordinating Ministry for Economic, Finance and Development Supervision (1993-1998). He studied financial management and government procurement and asset management at World Bank, USDA Graduate School USA, The George Washington University USA, KOICA Executive Development Program in South Korea, Malaysia, Belgium, Poland, Slovakia, and Australia. He is also available to train Presidential Regulation No. 16 Year 2018 concerning Government Procurement, and PTK 007 Oil and Gas in English. |
