| Introduction | Several years ago, I decided to follow my heart and began cooking professionally. I love the creative process: the magical blend of science and art that results in a beautiful and tangible way to nourish others. Mostly, I just love to play in the kitchen. My food testers are my family: my husband, my two teenagers and our little dogs Juliette and Jack. Most of the food in these posts will have been approved by at least a majority of my family members.
